Eric is the Founder and Managing Partner of SPE. Prior to founding SPE, he was a Partner at Paladin Private Equity, a middle-market private equity firm focused on global industrial technology transactions. There he led over $500M of middle market acquisitions across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrials Group and Houlihan Lokey in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government M&A Group. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Gardian Holdings and CIS Ltd.

Eric focuses on investment sourcing, transaction execution, portfolio strategy, and executive leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and in his spare time enjoys downhill skiing and finding new live music acts.
